Since we have opened many customers have asked us to arrange winery appointments or give them suggestions of where they should go while on vacation in Italy. We always wish we could do more for them, as we know seeing the best winery is usually difficult and often impossible. We would like nothing more than to share with our Italian wine loving clients the same excitement and education that we experience when visiting our favorite producers in Italy.
We want you to know the thrill of getting a behind-the-scenes look at unique wineries and meeting the faces behind our favorite labels. So, to that end, Carlsbad Wine Merchants has chosen Passionate Palate Tours to put together exciting wine trips to Italy.
From beautiful Tuscany to the emerging wine country of Umbria, with the help of Jeni Morietti of Passionate Palate tours Kathy Bankerd designed an itinerary that is sure to impress even the most jaded Italy traveler. We wanted to take you to the less-traveled areas (even within the well-traveled Tuscany) to give you an exclusive tour that you could get in no other way. The group is limited to a maximum of 14 travelers. With such a small group of wine enthusiasts we feel the experience will be personal and memorable.
